Exercise 2: Plank And Rotate

Exercise 3: Toe Taps

Just lay flat on the ground (preferably a yoga mat) and try and touch your toes as you lay on the ground. Try and work your core as much as you can. This is a variation of the ab crunches.

Exercise 4: Russian Twist

This exercise is a great one for getting rid of the love handles. Sit on the ground and take light dumbbells on both your sides. Now twist and replace the dumbbells on each side. Perform at least 20-30 reps of this exercise for maximum result.
