  • 1 lb. (450 g) of chicken white meat
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • an egg
  • 1 Tbsp. Psyllium powder
  • 1 Tbsp. minced chia seeds
  • salt, pepper, garlic powder (to taste)

Preparation:

First, grind chicken white meat (or use an electric chopper).

Then grate zucchini, season it with salt and leave to release water. Drain the water and mix grated zucchini with white meat. Then add an egg, psyllium, chia seeds and spices.

Leave in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours in order for psyllium and chia to absorb excess fluid.
