Apple Cider Vinegar Drink Recipe

A healthful drink for any time of the day, but best taken half an hour before eating. Natural appetite suppressant, and gives your skin a healthy glow.

Ingredients:

2 tbsp raw organic apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1-2 cups water

Preparation:

Boil the water in a jug.
While the water is boiling, add the ACV & Honey to a mug.
Pour the water into the mug to fill it, and stir until dissolved.
1 mugful is enough.
