FRIED BEEF WITH BROCCOLI

Ingredients that you need:

  • 5 oz. (150 g) beef
  • 3 ½ oz. (100 g) of broccoli
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 medium sized onion
  • ½ cup (120 ml.) beef broth (purchased or homemade)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

At first, cut the beef into the strips and spice it.

Fry the broccoli florets in the skillet with chopped onion on olive oil. Then move the vegetables to one side of the frying pan, and add beef meat. Fry shortly, until the meat changes color.

Then pour over the beef broth and cook for another 5 minutes with stirring. Season it with salt and pepper.
