Aromatic Water : Hydration With The Flavor Of Fruits And Spices!

COMBINATION FOR GOOD DIGESTION

  • 3/4 tablespoons of cardamom cook in 1 cup boiling water for 5 minutes
  • Add juice of one squeezed lemon
  • 1 orange cut into smaller pieces
  • 12 chopped fresh mint leaves

COMBINATION FOR IMMUNITY

  • 3 oranges – cut into pieces
  • 2 lemons cut into pieces
  • 2 sprigs of sage
  • And 2 sprigs of thyme

As you can see – there are fruits, vanilla, spice herbs, flowers – so you can make up your own mix.

QUICK AROMATIC WATER IN A GLASS

If you remain without a stock of spicy water that stood overnight, you can quickly insert some of the ingredients into the larger glasses and just pour them over with cold water. Here are some suggestions for easy refreshment – even serving:

  1. Lemon, lime or orange, and you do not even have to put them all together
  2. Lemon and chopped fresh ginger
  3. Lime and twig of fresh rosemary
  4. Cucumber sticks and orange pieces
  5. A slice of watermelon, melon, mango, grapefruit or pineapple
  6. Only lavender or lavender and berries

Plain water can be interesting and attractive if you spice it with fresh aromatic herbs and serve in decorative glasses – and with a cinnamon stick, it looks more like a cocktail.

Apparently, plain water does not have to be ordinary and boring at all.
