Ingredients that you need:

  • 1 ¾ cups (400 ml) unsweetened coconut milk
  • ½ cup (100 ml) of heavy whipping cream
  • 4 pieces of coconut sugar-free macaroons (crumbled)
  • 50 drops of liquid stevia (or to taste)


At first, whip heavy cream well in a deep bowl. Then mix it with coconut milk and stevia. Put the mixture in a freezer.
