KETO LEMON FAT BOMBS
The recipe makes 16 servings. Nutritional value per serving: 110 Calories, 12 g Fat, 0.8 g Net Carbs, 0.8 g Protein.
Ingredients that you need:
- 7 oz. (200 g) of coconut butter
- 2 oz. (60 ml) of extra virgin coconut oil
- a pinch of salt (optional)
- lemon zest of 2 organic lemons
- 2 Tbsp. squeezed lemon juice
- 4 Tbsp. powdered Erythritol
Preparation:
In a metal dish, on a steam, soften the coconut butter and switch it into a glass measuring cup for the purpose of lightly pouring the mixture into the molds. You can also place coconut butter in a microwave for a minute.
Then add coconut oil to the butter and mix until it dissolves. If desired, add a pinch of salt.
Add lemon juice, finely grated lemon zest and powdered Erythritol. Mix all together and pour into silicone molds. Place the molds on a tray and put into the freezer for about half an hour.
Remove the fat bombs from the molds, transfer to a container with a lid and keep in the freezer or the fridge.
