Butterbeer On Low-Carb Diet?! Yes, With This Keto Recipe!

If you’re fan of Harry Potter than you know what butterbeer is. Incredibly delicious drink where the main ingredient is cream soda. With all the sugar in it, understandably that this is off the list for low-carb eaters.

Well, this butterbeer turned out very similar to the real deal, only sugar-free. We substituted sugar and used the other sugar-free ingredients. Just make sure to drink it nice and cold. The colder – the better!

KETO BUTTERBEER RECIPE

This recipe makes 1 serving. Preparation takes 5 minutes. Nutritional value: 200 Calories, 20 g Fat, 0 g Protein, 2 g Carbs.

Ingredients that you need:

  • 1 ½ cup diet cream soda
  • 2 tbsp. sugar free butterscotch syrup
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. erythritol powder

Preparation:

At first, pour 2 tablespoons of sugar-free butterscotch syrup into a glass and then pour the diet cream soda over.

Then combine the heavy cream and vanilla in a mixing bowl and beat either manually or with an electric hand mixer until stiff peaks form. While mixing, add in powdered erythritol (if you don’t have powdered, simply put in liquid erythritol – number of drops as desired).

Spoon the sweet cream onto the butterbeer and enjoy!
