RECIPE FOR CHERRY CHEESECAKE
Ingredients that you need:
- 1 ½ lb. (750 g) cream cheese
- 4 eggs
- 6 oz. (180 g) of sour cream
- 30 drops of stevia
- 2 tablespoons squeezed lemon juice
- 1 lb. (500 g) of cherries from a jar (preferably homemade canned without sugar)
- Coconut oil in spray
Preparation:
At first, preheat the oven to 350 ℉ (180 ℃). Put cream cheese in a bowl, and add the eggs, one at a time, stirring constantly using mixer. Then add the sour cream, stevia and lemon juice and mix until smooth creamy mixture.
Grease the baking dish using coconut oil spray and then put in the prepared mixture. Bake for about 45 minutes, or until the mixture is firm in the middle when pressed with your finger.
Turn off the oven and remove the cheesecake to cool for about 30 minutes. Then refrigerate. Before serving, garnish each piece with cherries and their juice from the jar. Enjoy!
