Oily, dry, normal and combination are the four types of skin. Every skin type needs a different kind of care. The skin care routine for oily skin is not the same as that for normal skin. When the world is looking for a solution for oily and dry skin, there are people who have combination skin. Today, I will discuss some useful homemade face packs for combination skin, but before that let’s see what combination skin is all about.
What is Combination Skin?
Combination skin is a type of skin that is both dry and oily. I have combination skin and usually, my T-zone is oily and cheeks are either normal or dry. Let’s check out the different types of homemade face packs. These face packs are natural, healthy, affordable and good for combination skin.
1. Honey And Lemon Juice:
Add 1 tbsp of honey and squeeze lemon juice into it and make a smooth paste. Apply it all over your face and keep for 15 minutes. Honey moisturizes your skin and lemon juice removes the tan. It is a perfect face pack for combination skin.
2. Rosewater And Curd:
Take 1 tbsp of curd and add rosewater and honey into it. Then mix well and apply the paste and keep on for 10 minutes. Wash your face after 10 minutes. Rosewater tones your face and closes the pores while curd hydrates your face.
3. Oats And Curd:
Oats is a great scrubbing agent and it removes all the dead skin cells. Mix curd with grounded oats and then scrub on your face in a circular motion. Concentrate on your T-zone and apply lesser amounts on the cheeks. Massage it gently and then wash it with plain water.
4. Banana And Lemon Juice:
Banana is rich in moisturizer and lemon juice helps you keep the oiliness away. Mash a few chunks of banana, squeeze half lemon and then mix nicely to make a smooth paste. Apply all over your face and keep it till it becomes dry. Then wash your face with cold water.
