They are Paleo and Low Carb.<\/p>\n<p>Way of preparation \u2013 easy<\/p>\n<p>Prep time<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prep time \u2013 20 minutes<\/li>\n<li>Cooking time \u2013 20 minutes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>COCONUT CHIA BARS \u2013 RECIPE<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1.5 oz chia seeds<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup of water<\/li>\n<li>2.5 oz finely grated coconut (flakes)<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon of extra virgin coconut oil (15 ml)<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon of SF honey\u00a0 (15 ml) or some other sweetener as desired<\/li>\n<li>Vanilla aroma<\/li>\n<li>2 oz of Indian nuts (Cashew)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO MAKE COCONUT CHIA BARS<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Pour the chia seeds into the water and leave them for some 15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Heat the oven at 400F (200 C).<\/li>\n<li>In a larger bowl, mix the soaked chia seeds with finely chopped coconut, coconut oil, vanilla and honey (or xylitol).<\/li>\n<li>Mix with your hands (or dough blade) until all ingredients are well bonded, and eventually mix whole Indian nuts.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the mixture into the baking pan, lined with baking paper<\/li>\n<li>The resulting mixture was rolled into a cube, approximately 20\u00d720 cm<\/li>\n<li>Bake in a heated oven,<\/li>\n<li>Adjust the cooking time to the strength of your oven<\/li>\n<li>The cake is finished when the edges have a golden yellow color.<\/li>\n<li>Serve and enjoy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You already know the health benefits of chia seeds.
