Preparation time is 15 minutes, plus 10 minutes cooking.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong> that you need:<\/p>\n<p>For <strong>egg salad<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 large eggs<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons mayonnaise<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon red wine vinegar<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons mustard<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thekitchn.com\/kosher-salt-where-it-comes-from-why-its-called-kosher-ingredient-intelligence-219665\">Kosher salt<\/a> and freshly ground black pepper, to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For <strong>wraps<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 slices low-carb bread (or 4 buns)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For <strong>sandwiches<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 slices smoked bacon<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup baby spinach<\/li>\n<li>1 tomato, thinly sliced<\/li>\n<li>1 avocado, halved, seeded, peeled and thinly sliced<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At first, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add bacon and fry until brown and crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from the skillet to a paper towel-lined plate. Set aside.<\/p>\n<p>Place eggs in a large saucepan and cover with cold water by 1 inch. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute. Cover eggs with a tight-fitting lid and remove from heat. Set aside for 8-10 minutes.
