Preparation time is 20 minutes, plus 15 minutes of cooking. Nutritional value per serving: 506 Calories, 23 g Fat, 44 g Carbs, 26 g Protein.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong> that you need:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 lb. (450 g) potato, cut into chunks<\/li>\n<li>12 oz. (350 g) salmon (about 3 fillets)<\/li>\n<li>2 Tsp. tomato ketchup<\/li>\n<li>1 Tsp. English mustard<\/li>\n<li>zest \u00bd lemon, plus wedges to serve<\/li>\n<li>1 Tbsp. chopped parsley<\/li>\n<li>1 Tbsp. chopped dill<\/li>\n<li>3 Tbsp. plain flour<\/li>\n<li>1 egg, beaten<\/li>\n<li>3 \u00bd (100 g) dried breadcrumb<\/li>\n<li>4 Tbsp. sunflower oil<\/li>\n<li>salad, for serving<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At first, heat the grill. Place the potatoes in a pan of water, bring to the boil, cover and cook for 12-15 minutes until tender. Drain and leave to steam-dry, then mash.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, season the salmon and grill for 5-6 minutes until just cooked. Cool for a few minutes, then break\u00a0into large flakes.<\/p>\n<p>Mix the potato, ketchup, mustard, zest, herbs and some seasoning. Lightly mix in the salmon, taking care not to break it up too much. Shape into 4 large fish burgers.<\/p>\n<p>Then put the flour, egg, and bread crumbs in 3 shallow dishes. Dip the cakes into the flour, dust off any excess, then dip in the egg, and finally coat in breadcrumbs. Heat the oil in a large pan. Fry the burgers over a medium-low heat for 3-4 minutes each side until deep golden and heated through.
