You don\u2019t have to heat your oven. All you need is a food processor and electric mixer.<\/p>\n<h3>NO BAKE RASPBERRY CHEESECAKE<\/h3>\n<p>This recipe makes 6 servings. Time of preparation is about 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong> that you need:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00be cup hazelnut, raw<\/li>\n<li>\u00be cup walnuts, raw<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon of sweetener (optional)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon cinnamon (optional)<\/li>\n<li>6 oz. cream cheese softened<\/li>\n<li>1\u00bd cup heavy whipping cream<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup of sweetener<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon vanilla<\/li>\n<li>2 cups raspberries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>For the crust:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Put all the nuts, 1 tablespoon or sweetener, and cinnamon to a food processor and pulse until the nuts become sticky when you press on them.<\/p>\n<p>Take them out and evenly divide them among 6 bowls.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the cream cheese filling:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Using an electric mixer, whip the cream cheese and \u00bd cup of sweetener until nice and creamy.<\/p>\n<p>Then add your cream and vanilla and whip until nice and fluffy.<\/p>\n<p>Divide into 6 portions and add to the bowls.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the topping:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can prepare raspberries by adding them 2 tablespoons of water to a pan and heat on medium high. Once the berries soften, mash them with a fork. Let cool and then distribute on all the bowls.<\/p>\n<p>Or you can simply put fresh raspberries on the top of your cheesecakes.
