Whisk in sour cream. Chill until serving. Serve with fruit. Yield: 1-2\/3 cups.<\/em><\/p>\n<h5>Lemon Vinaigrette Potato Salad Recipe<\/h5>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>3 pounds red potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1\/2 cup olive oil<\/em><br \/>\n<em>3 tablespoons lemon juice<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 tablespoons minced fresh basil<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tablespoon red wine vinegar<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 teaspoon grated lemon peel<\/em><br \/>\n<em>3\/4 teaspoon salt<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1\/2 teaspoon pepper<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 small onion, finely chopped<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>1.Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until tender. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk the oil, lemon juice, herbs, vinegar, lemon peel, salt and pepper.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>2.Drain potatoes. Place in a large bowl; add onion. Drizzle with vinaigrette; toss to coat.
