(100 g) raisins<\/li>\n<li>5 oz. (150 g) walnut<\/li>\n<li>3 \u00bd (100 g) almonds<\/li>\n<li>2 lemon zest<\/li>\n<li>3 \u00bd oz. (100 g) dried apricots<\/li>\n<li>3 \u00bd oz. (100 g) prunes<\/li>\n<li>8-10 oz. (250-300 g) honey<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Also it is very good to add 3 \u00bd oz. (100 g) pine nuts (excellent for strengthening the immune system).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Grind the ingredients: raisins, walnuts, almonds, pine nuts and lemon zest. Then add to the mixture juice of two lemons and stir. Next, add minced prunes and minced dried apricots. Stir again.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, add honey and stir again. (200 g) dried apricots<\/li>\n<li>7 oz. (200 g) prunes<\/li>\n<li>1 lemon<\/li>\n<li>7 oz. (200 g) dried figs<\/li>\n<li>7 oz. (200 g) walnuts<\/li>\n<li>2 fl oz. (50 ml) brandy<\/li>\n<li>8 oz. (250 g) honey<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Grind the all dried fruits and lemon with rind. Then add to the mixture honey and brandy and stir.<\/p>\n<p>Keep the jar in the refrigerator. Take 1 tablespoon daily before meals.<\/p>\n<p>For stronger resistance, immunity and cleansing the body of toxins, you can make mixture with honey, ginger and lemon.
