You know, if fruits had feelings. Oranges, lemons, limes and grapefruits suck up the sun like sponges, so when you put a slice of citrus on your tongue, you can taste the summer.<\/p>\n<p>This recipe balances the sharp flavors of cinnamon and ginger with the sweet taste of brown sugar, all on top of a summery grapefruit. It\u2019s easy, fast and packs a punch, which is perfect for those early mornings when going to work or moving from your bed to the pool seems unbearable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prep Time:<\/strong> 3 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Cook Time:<\/strong> 3 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Total Time:<\/strong> 6 minutes<\/p>\n<p><strong>Servings:<\/strong> 4<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n1\/4 cup of brown sugar<br \/>\n1\/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon<br \/>\n1\/4 teaspoon of ground ginger<br \/>\n2 large, pink grapefruits, halved and segmented<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Preheat oven to broiler setting.
