Fill a large bowl or pie plate with warm water. Add the rice paper and let soak for 10 to 15 seconds<br \/>\n2. Place the wet rice paper on a clean dish- cloth.<br \/>\n3. Start building the inside of your roll with vegetables on the lower third of rice paper keeping the sides clear by 2\u201d on each side.<br \/>\n4. Roll the rice paper over the vegetables once, then fold over sides to seal, continue to tightly roll until you have formed a cylinder.<br \/>\n5. Place on a serving dish and cover with damp paper towel while you finish rolling the rest.<br \/>\n6. Serve with dipping sauce<br \/>\n7. You can include or substitute any vegetable of your choosing. Also adding shrimp or tofu will add your protein!<\/p>\n<h5>3 DIPPING SAUCES<\/h5>\n<p><strong>Spicy Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 cup water<br \/>\n\u00bc cup seasoned rice vinegar<br \/>\n\u00bc cup fish sauce<br \/>\n1 tablespoon carrot, finely grated<br \/>\n1 tablespoon brown sugar<br \/>\n1 crushed garlic clove<br \/>\n\u00bd teaspoon dried crushed red pepper flakes<\/p>\n<p>In a small bowl add the all the ingredients. Let it stand 10 to 15 minutes to blend flavors<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ginger<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00be cup water<br \/>\n2 teaspoons cornstarch<br \/>\n\u00bc cup brown sugar<br \/>\n2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce<br \/>\n\u00bd cup seasoned rice vinegar<br \/>\n1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated<br \/>\n\u00bd teaspoon red pepper flakes<br \/>\n1 garlic clove, smashed<\/p>\n<p>Add all of the ingredients into a small sauce- pot and whisk together well. Bring to boil and continue to whisk until it thickens. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature<\/p>\n<p><strong>Peanut Sauce<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00bd cup peanut butter<br \/>\n2 tablespoons freshly grated ginger<br \/>\n4 Tablespoons water<br \/>\n1 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar<br \/>\n3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice<br \/>\n2 teaspoons sweet chili sauce<br \/>\n2 teaspoons soy sauce<br \/>\n2 tablespoon honey<br \/>\n\u00bc teaspoon red pepper flakes<br \/>\n\u00bc teaspoon Kosher salt<\/p>\n<p>Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Add more water 1 tablespoon at a time to reach desired consistency.
