Natural Sweetener &amp; Brown Sugar Blend, Packed<br \/>\n1 Tbsp. Ginger Root, Minced or Grated<br \/>\n2 Tsp. Sesame Oil<br \/>\n3 Garlic Cloves, Minced<br \/>\n2 C. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.loveforhealthyfood.com\/?p=770\"><span style=\"color: #99cc00\">Broccoli<\/span> <\/a>Florets (Fresh or Frozen)<br \/>\n1\/2 Red Bell Pepper, Sliced<br \/>\n2 Tbsp. Corn Starch<br \/>\n2 Tbsp. Cold Water<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Place beef, broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, sesame oil, and garlic into the slow cooker. Give everything a good stir.<br \/>\n2. Cover, and cook on high for 4-6 hours.<br \/>\nOnce done, mix together the 2 tbsp. corn starch and 2 tbsp. cold water together to form a slurry.<br \/>\n3.Add the slurry, the broccoli and the red bell peppers to the crock pot.
